I offer customized in-home personal training for individuals and groups of all fitness levels. I have worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. I will work to tailor a program that meets both your fitness and budgetary requirements - I won't try to push you into a package deal, and I won't use your goals as leverage to sign you up for more than you can afford. Some of my clients meet with me as often as three times a week, others as little as once a month.
I also provide Corporate and large group training programs.
I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, and am an ITCA Certified Triathlon Coach. I have also completed specialized training on fitness for seniors.

Focused individual training tailored to your level of fitness, and designed to meet your goals. I bring all necessary equipment to you, and work to insure you understand what you are doing, and why you are doing it.
The price for Individual Training is $70 per session
Maximize your value by training with a partner for only $15 more per session. Couples training enables you to work with a spouse, significant other or friend, and can be fun and productive. Individual assessments are performed during the free consultation, and routines are tailored to individual needs and goals.
The price for Couples Training is $85 per session
If you are pressed for time but still want to get a complete workout, 30 minute circuit training sessions might be the solution.
The price for an Individual 30 minute session is $35.
The price for a Couples 30 minute session is $45
Please Note: 30 minute sessions are available in my home studio (conveniently located in Southwest Austin) only.
In order to maximize the benefit of the time spent, group size for 30 minute sessions is limited to two.
Get a few friends together and start a regular fitness night. Group training with individualized benefits. Assessments are performed during the free consultation, and individual routines and progress are tracked.
The price per session is $100 for groups of three; $30 per person for groups of four or more.
Turn your conference room into a fitness center with my affordable Corporate / large group programs. Programs are also available for your church group, or any other organization. Rates are determined based on group size and class content. Contact me for a free consultation and program design.
I will provide a presentation to your employees, club or other organization free of charge. Topics addressed include improving cardio fitness, weight loss tips, sensible nutrition and resistance training. Content can be tailored to meet your needs. Exercise demonstrations are included in this fun, interactive session.
I will develop a comprehensive training program for your race and will meet with you as little or as often as you like to track your progress. This program will include real time analysis of training data and program adjustments as required to insure optimum race day performance. Price varies according to program scope.
