I will show you how to start at the level that is right for YOUR body, not just anybody.
I don't work for a gym, so you don't have to belong to one. We can work out where you want, when you want, using your equipment or mine.
My programs are "child-friendly." No need to get a babysitter or put your pre-schoolers in the gym daycare. We can work in their familiar space (your living room or toy room) in a safe and structured manner.
I use the elite NASM OPT™ model emphasizing a well-rounded combination of balance, flexibility, stability, strength and cardio-respiratory fitness.
I am a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, and have both the training and experience to help you safely work with physical limitations and injuries.
I am an ITCA Certified Triathlon Coach. Whether you are a beginner looking to complete your first race, or a seasoned racer hoping to improve your race times and performance, I have the experience and expertise to help.
I have completed specialized training to enable me to safely and effectively train senior clients.
I understand from experience, the challenges of juggling family and work obligations with fitness. I will do my best to make working out fit in with your busy life.
I am not a salesperson. I do not sell equipment, vitamins, supplements or any other retail items.
I know from experience what it is like to be out of shape, and what it takes to work your way back to a high level of fitness.

Harry you are truly wonderful, such a delight! Since my first consultation with you I knew you were different than the 'typical' trainers, and that difference is exactly what was needed to take my idea (to get 'in shape') to the ultimate dream (to stay in shape forever and LOVE IT).
